PAT Computers for Kids

	Refurbisher A Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher (MAR) established in 2006 to help eliminate the digital divide. We take the donated computer equipment, and with the aid of some wonderful volunteers, refurbish and recondition them. The computers are checked to meet a set of basic operational and usability requirements to make them a functional learning tool for their new owners.
	Free Computers A Non-Profit 501(c)3 organization dedicated to providing computer systems free of charge to underprivileged children and their families in the Fort Walton Beach, Florida area. Donations of used computer equipment for the program come to us from local business, local school districts, and charitable individuals. Reconditioned computers are matched against a list of recipients enrolled in our 'Computers For Kids Program' and transferred to their new owners and homes. We work through schools and other non profit organizations
	A Computer Lab A computer lab is set up for students who cannot afford to connect to the internet to assist the student in completing homework assignments. This lab is also set up to accomodate home schoolers.
